I've been busy reading/viewing many resources on Library 2.0, Web 2.0 and the future of libraries. I found John Blyberg's comment on needing to "let go of our emotional attachments to bygone notions of what 'library' is" extremely relevant because our library is on the verge of becomining "virtual".
Our library staff has left the library and moved closer to our users. We are keeping a small collection of books and journals but we are focused on providing electronic resources to all employees here in Minnesota as well as overseas.
